The ticket desks are very useful if you have just missed your flight and would like to book the next flight. They have faster access to flights than most online platforms. I was once able to get a seat on the 9am flight after a missed flight at 7am. I couldn't do that online, the flight was said to be full, but at the desk they knew there was still a spot.

I was flying Norwegian in Norway and I talked with the cabin crew for like 20 minutes and I got sit in the jump seat that’s like the cabin crew seat and and that was very nice and I also got a free snack box’s and I got to meet the pilot’s and I got to get in the cocpit and even press some of the buttons in the cocpit and all this I got from only one fligh attendant

Also, Airplanes in Europe have competition in form of good rapid bus and train networks that offer relatively comparable long and cheap travel routes. More competition means lower prices, as long as the competition is healthy :3

I don,t understand the food section. I have flown with KLM a lot when i was about 12 years old in both business class and later economy and the food then looked better then that. I,m 48 now. Come on KLM. Luckily flying is more than just the food and klm has one of the most impressive safety records in the world over 100 years. And that for me is the most important. You can eat great every other day, but the plane must get you there.

And then us the tax payers bail them out when they go bankrupt
